The person behind it

About me

Nygaard Digital is just me, Daniel Høeg Nygaard. Dad of three, and by day a partner and Sales Director at NordicScreen, where we do digital signage. In the evenings, when the kids are asleep, I build. That's where the apps get made.

  • One personI write the code, draw the screens and answer the support emails. You'll always reach me, not a ticket queue.
  • IndependentNo investors and no growth-at-all-costs. The apps pay their own way, or they get better until they do.
  • Privacy-respectingNo tracking on this site, and my apps only ask for the data they need to work.
  • Building in publicI share what I'm making as I go, including what didn't work the first time.

How I got here

  1. 2005Contract player at Randers FC, U17 and U19.
  2. 2011Night shifts in a warehouse to save up to study in Barcelona.
  3. 2013BA in Marketing. My first websites.
  4. 2015Hand-picked as an Apple Brand Advocate.
  5. 2022NordicScreen. From solo in sales to partner, and 5x monthly revenue.
  6. TodayApps in the evenings. And happy to build something for you.
